photobooth

On Friday I set up a tripod, draped an old electric blanket over a metal frame, and strung some Christmas lights over it all.  Earlier this past week, Rachel and I whipped up some mustaches, beards and glasses and hot glued them to popsicle sticks. Sarah got a whole bunch of costumes set out, such as old suit coats, funky hats, a mans dressing gown, and a few vests.  The original plan was to take a million pictures with our friends in front of the red curtain, but some people arrived in the dark, and some hate having pictures taken, so we just amused ourselves with ourselves. Which isn't very hard, I might add..

It was oh so very fun, even if the lighting wasn't perfect and my camera battery died near the end of the day; it was so worth it.

Have you ever set up a photobooth? How did it work, and do you have tips?
xoxo Johanna
