Joannah is one of my very best friends. We're so close, in fact, that we usually introduce ourselves as sisters, not friends. It gives people a little bit of confusion, but it's true. I've known her for most of my adolescent years, our families are thick as thieves and have known each other for over 20 years collectively. She's a person who loves big and has so much to say, even when she's quiet. She's a delight, a prayer warrior, a humble servant. She's a teacher and a student and full of missionary facts and knowledge of cultures you would have never thought of.
I could go on and on about her, and I have in the
, so suffice to say that I love and cherish our friendship and am so very proud of everything this young lady is doing!
The week before my graduation she came and spent the week with me. It was hectic, to say the least. One of the weirdest (and most incredible, life changing, beautiful etc) weeks of my life, and it was amazing to have her with me the whole time. We didn't get to take a lot of pictures, but the ones we did take matter a lot to me, because of the memories and her pretty face.
ps. So sorry for the lack of posts lately! I have been incredibly busy these past few months. I don't remember if I mentioned it before this post, but I graduated in May from homeschooling/highschool, then left the very next week for Chicago to stay with friends for a month. Then I came home for a few days and now I'm in Mexico until July 26th! Also, I turned 18 somewhere in there. I need to focus on remembering how to breathe! Many more posts/photoshoots will be posted soon! I have so much work I am excited to share with all of you here, I hate keeping it to myself!
